At Andiata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
